Warranty Coverage
1. Coverage Period: The standard warranty period for BRDRC products is 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the product documentation.
2. Eligible Products: This warranty applies to all BRDRC-branded products purchased from authorized dealers or directly from our website.
3. Defects Covered: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
4. Exclusions: The following items are not covered under this warranty: 
•Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling.
•Damage caused by natural disasters or other acts of God.
•Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
•Normal wear and tear.
•Consumable parts, such as batteries and light bulbs, unless they are found to be defective within the warranty period.
Warranty Process
1. Claiming Warranty: If you believe your product is defective and falls under the warranty coverage, follow these steps: 
•Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via phone or email to report the issue.
•Step 2: Provide your purchase receipt and a detailed description of the problem.
•Step 3: Our support team will guide you through the next steps, which may include sending the product back for inspection or repair.
2. Repair or Replacement: If the defect is confirmed, we will either repair the product or replace it with a new one, at our discretion. The repaired or replaced product will be covered by the remaining warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.
